DK199: Piston “Flange Seal”

SCS, INC. DK199:   Double acting static “flange seal” for heavy duty hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Designed to seal the sub plates and flanges of control units and valves. Inside diameter controls extrusions in surges and pressure fluctuations, usually resulting in standard O-ring failure. The snap in design allows for easy installation and is an outstanding choice for large bore diameters. Design avoids extensive drag pressure in a back to back arrangement with between guide rings or for double acting pistons to separate different sealing media. Extremely adaptive possibilities for diverse temperatures and media with a wide selection of seal materials. Available in standard, metric and custom sizes from 0-200″ in diameter. Square expander available in all elastomeric material for high pressure, high temperature and or sealing fluid compatibility.
